Hi, I’m Gabriela. I didn’t always plan on running a nanny agency. I actually started out in medical school back home in Buenos Aires, but life has a funny way of shifting your perspective. I realized my real passion wasn't in a clinic; it was the rewarding experience of being outdoors on adventures with kids, where I can watch them grow and provide the dedicated support their parents rely on.

When I moved to the U.S. and started nannying in Aspen, what began as "just a job" became my life’s work. I spent years traveling with families and becoming a fixture in their kids' lives. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t be in ten places at once, so I started Snowmass Nannies to bridge that gap.

After three incredible years in the Rockies, I noticed a beautiful shift: my Aspen families kept asking for that same level of intuitive, reliable care at their summer homes. That’s how Montauk Nannies was born. We followed the sun from the peaks of Aspen to the shores of the Hamptons to ensure your peace of mind travels with you, season after season.

I don’t just source candidates; I handpick and personally vet every nanny to make sure they share the same standards I held myself to for years. That means having the intuition to know when a child needs a quiet book or a beach treasure hunt, the reliability to be the person a parent never has to worry about, and the kindness that kids actually remember.

When I’m not matching nannies with families, I’m usually writing. My blog, The Art of Care, and my columns in the Aspen Times are where I process the quiet, meaningful moments that happen during a day of caregiving. Whether you are visiting Montauk for a week or you live here year-round, my goal is simple: to make sure your kids are safe, happy, and having just as much fun as the grownups.

Thank you for getting to know a little about me. I would love to connect and support your family by the sea!
