• Nanny Rate

    Nannies are paid directly by the client at a rate of $40 per hour for one child, with an additional $6 per hour for each additional child, payable at the end of each shift.

  • Agency Rate

    We strive to balance exceptional care with the financial realities of our location. To support our operations, a $16/hour agency fee is added to all bookings. Additionally, there is a one-time $100 booking fee to cover the administrative and logistical setup of your arrangement. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing outstanding service.

  • Child Care for larger groups

    For groups of five or more children, two sitters are required, each paid $52 per hour, with agency fees applied per sitter. If the client opts to proceed with only one nanny, an additional $6 per child will be added to the nanny’s hourly rate to reflect the increased responsibility.

Terms of service

  • Cancellation policy

    Due to high demand during the summer season in Montauk, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service to avoid charges.

    If canceled with less than 7 days’ notice, the client will be charged the full cost of the scheduled services for each day originally booked.

  • 4-hour minimum booking

    All bookings require a four-hour minimum. Hourly minimums cannot be broken up into parts. For example, if the nanny shows up as scheduled for a 4-hour shift or more, only works for one hour, and is immediately sent home as directed by the client, the nanny is owed 4 hours of work.

  • Last-minute care

    If client needs childcare services with less than 24 hours prior notice, an additional fee will be applied for last-minute care.

  • Public Holidays

    Public holidays rates apply.

  • Processing fee

    Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to the total charges made to the agency to cover transactional costs.
